During the insurance inspection, they advised I have a professional inspect the roof for age as well as any other damage. I hired Hardyman Roofing. They communicated well throughout the process. Josh let me know what the cost would be up front plus what to expect if any damage was found under the shingles when they were removed. I have a two and half car long garage and Cape Cod style home- a lot of roof. The initial repairs and replacement was less than my neighbors, whose out of town contractor had to come back to make additional repairs after it leaked and caused additional damage. Hardyman Roofing is up front, communicates all during the process to answer questions and provide updates (with photos as well), cleans up all of the construction material, and is professional all around.
