"When I called I expected there to be a long delay in getting someone out to look at our furnace but they arranged a visit the same day and the tech was right on time. After doing some troubleshooting he determined that the gas valve was not opening and he ordered a part. The tech returned a day or two later and replaced the gas valve and our heat works perfectly now.
I did not call around for other estimates so I don't know for sure if i could have gotten it done cheaper but some of my neighbors have told me that Countryside was more expensive than other service providers. Personally I'd rather pay a little more for professional work and I would absolutely call them again for any heating or plumbing problems.

Now it's all set up with the best fix money can buy. So glad for their valued help! After the job was done, (and even somewhat during the job) Nick made sure to answer any questions and be very thorough in showing me every feature that was added, how to maintain the system, etc. This was an ideal experience, and I trust the same will be true for you if you have these guys come over! Only thing that could be better for me is if it were all free, but these guys have to go home and take care of their families too just like the rest of us.
