Very knowledgeable - I was able to send pictures of the job ahead so that he had all the parts he needed. Service was prompt, clean, and well done. I will definitely call again in the future when I need a plumber!

My water heater started leaking. Another company came out on Saturday, stopped the leak, told me I needed a new water heater, and charged over $200. They said putting a new one in (no charge for the water heater because it was on warranty) would cost around $1000 and take all day (because it was complicated by in-floor heating). Troy from Johnson Quality Plumbing put in the new water heater for $338 and they were done by noon.

He was a great service provider. He was very professional, worked extra hard to maintain cleanliness (including taping off other rooms from dust). He showed up punctually, always smiled, brought his shopvac and cleaned up completely every day. He went above and beyond professional services to accommodate our plumbing portion of this major renovation. He was very courteous, efficient, kept to his word, double checked his work and guaranteed his finished services. He stood behind everything he did and it was not a small job. When I called the building inspector and he saw that it was Troy Johnson he said I got one of the best master plumbers available and signed off on the work.
