The builder addressed any concerns or questions I had and didn't consider the job finished until he was sure I was completely happy with the end result. It was built for the estimated price quoted with no '"pop up"" or "surprise additional costs" during the building process. All materials were of good quality as was the construction. It was erected quickly as well, This builder did everything I asked for, and more, on time as scheduled, and at the price agreed on.
