"Took approximately 6 weeks to get our well drilled from the time he said he would start it. Repeatedly said their drill kept breaking. This was on a new construction home so it backed up our home build. Three weeks after we moved in the pump computer chip failed flooding and releasing gallons upon gallons of water in our home at 4 in the morning the Friday of Christmas (Which we were hosting on Sunday). Our storage room was full from newly moving in and still Unpacking. The malfunction of the pump control board soaked our personal belongings and damaged our newly constructed home (about half the basement). Come time to be made whole through his insurance company we had to vigorously negotiate with them to get 93% of the value of what was ruined. We did not even claim everything, we just wanted everything replaced that we still used. There was a pretty lengthy list of items we didn't ask them to cover which would have added atleast another 4,000 dollars. With all this being said the malfunction of the pump control board was known to Bruce and yet still installed. He knew right away what caused it and could have replaced the control board at anytime instead chose to gamble on our home and belongings."
