1451 Dale Painting

1451 Dale Painting did exceptional work on our house. Their attention to detail from prep to final painting was fantastic. I will be referring to everyone we know that is looking for a painting contractor.

Great. Everything looks very nice. They did some dry wall repair as well. Had entire 2 floors done - ceilings, inside closets, everything. They worked hard and cleaned up very well afterwards. Very pleased.

They did a beautiful job. It was done on time and the crew was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Other than a scheduling snafu, the work was well done. The crew that was assigned to my project were professional, polite & did an excellent job.

Brown cedar trim with off-white stucco home that looks like it has never been painted except for the fact that there are multiple areas with brown paint on the off-white stucco area. Unprofessional, sloppy, I can easily pick off paint where the wood was not scraped properly. When Marty came to view the results of the children's work he stated "We only put on 1 coat, and don't scrape it down to bare wood. If you wanted 2 coats, then the cost would be double." Really? Amazing, this detail/fact was never mentioned. The quote included scraping and painting - I failed to ask what scraping or painting meant - make sure to do that!. I regretfully found out. Many times it was stated "No one will noticed from the road." Again really; I replied "people do come to my home". He agreed to send the son and 2 daughters (who dance & listen to music much more than work), to repair their errors. In response to the dancing, singing Josh stated "We have fun on the job; you don't pay me by hour, you pay me by the job" Did I fail to mention, approximately 7 total hours of work... I wish there were a place to submit photos & videos so everyone reading this could see their work. I will need to call the company that put in new windows 18 months ago to replace trim above 1 window as it is scraped. The son, Josh stated the scraping of the trim was the "window installers fault" because "It was sticking out." I live in a beautiful subdivision in Delafield. If you get a quote, ask to drive by my home; I would welcome anyone who plans on using them to view their poor caliber of painting. I had planned on having them do the interior. BEWARE - they "spray" everything. Never use a brush, merely tape and spray. I cannot imagine what a thin layer of paint is applied.

Very well and we are very satisfied. Very easy to deal with, good communication. They did exactly what we wanted and if we have question they answered quickly and we are very pleased.

Marty and his team exceeded our expectations. They finished the job on time and at budget, never failing to do the right thing on so many aspects of the project. On many occasions they sought our opinion on important items that came up. They responded to our requests for additional work as well by eagerly taking care of them, working overtime as needed. We are so happy that we chose 1451Dale Painting for our new home!! We gave our house a complete indoor make over and needed a fresh coat of paint throughout the upstairs and downstairs. This was a huge undertaking, but Martin and the rest of his 1451 Dale team made sure it was done beautifully and quickly!! They were respectful of the space and we felt like they treated it as if it were there own home, something that also came through in the care they took for the job as well. It went well. My standards are pretty high, and the work they did looks good. Some touch-ups to the prior-painted walls were needed in the living room after they finished their work. The touch-ups did not match well so they came back and repainted those two walls completely. They were professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them.

Extremely well. They did literally anything I wanted, brought everything they needed with them, worked very diligently and got everything done faster than expected.

I highly recommend 1451 Dale Painting. I obtained bids from 3 other painting companies during the process and they ended up with the best bid. Martin and his employees were on time every day and even worked around our schedule to get our house finished. They used quality paint, 2 coats, and covered up everything so there were no paint spills etc. Every room turned out great and when we have guests over to our new house, they always compliment the painting job that was done in each room.

The painting went well. They worked really hard and this is a big house. A big job and they performed great! I will hire them again.

It worked out really well. His son works with him and it's a family owned business. They were very conscientious about covering things up and being careful. They moved some furniture to the center of the room for us. We were very pleased with their work, they were reasonable and efficient. We were really happy with them.
