They were punctual and told us they would be here between 230-330 and were here at 3pm. It was rainy and crappy out but they still came with good humor and we chatted before they started the job. In their first inspection of the well they did not charge us for the service call as I was worried that with me not being home this would happen. They joked with my newly pregnant wife that they wouldn't want to kick a pregnant women while shes down after finding out that our pump on our well would need to be replaced. They worked non-stop and my father and law and I watched the whole process (kind of interesting if you have time to watch). He gave me options on what kind of pumps he offers and gave good information. Never did I feel that I was being "sold" on the biggest and best. It was very fair priced and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in our area.
Description of Work: They replaced our pump on our well, the wires, the corroded steel pipes with PVC, and tested and made sure the water was safe.
