Associates Septic was great to work with! They came out shortly after I contacted them to inform them that I needed a soil test. Logan did the testing and was great to work with and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a soil test or any other services they provide.

Associates did a great job. They showed up on time. They had to dig to the septic tank; they did it really well. The soil and sod were really carefully removed, and replaced afterward; I've never before seen it so neatly done. They did the job, for a reasonable price, and then left no trace of having been there. And everyone that I had contact with was pleasant. I wish that every contracted-out job would go so well!

Associates Septic Services has a lengthy contract to pump my septic every 3 years paid via my tax bill collected by the county. They pumped my system 9/2018 (my inspection report that goes to the county had no issues) and in less than a month the system was overflowing the tank lids. It was last pumped is 2015 and had no issues until they pumped it. I contacted Lance Petrasek the owner and informed him something must have happened during the pumping for the system to stop working. He said, "I did nothing wrong, good luck" . I pressed the issue and he threatened to report the system to the county.......after he had just given it a clean bill of health! I contact the taxing authority and they were no help, taking the side of the pumper because he 'knew him' and never had any other problems. Funny, because I discovered another homeowner had the same exact thing happen to their septic after pumping. I hired (at my expense) another septic company, they pumped it, discovered blockage in the line (which was fine for YEARS before Petrasek pumped it) and we cleared it. This all cost me hundreds of dollars when the system was working fine prior to Associates pumping!

This went very well. The service was scheduled about one week in advance. The company called me the day before their visit to specify the time window during which they would arrive. They arrived when they said they would. The tank was inspected and found to need pumping, as expected. I had a number of questions during the process and all were answered in a friendly, professional manner. The work was finished promptly, despite a fairly steady rain. I was able to pay with a credit card, which I appreciated. This was the first time I used this company, having used another local company for this work dating back many years. I was happy with their work, and I saved some money relative to what the other company would normally charge. I also got a $10 discount based on a postcard I received from the company. I would definitely use this company again.

Have been using this service for 18 years. They are prompt, fast and never leave a mess. The crews are great. Had an emergency several years ago on the 4th of July and they came through. I highly recommend them for your septic/holding tank service. --Dave DeAngelis

Excellent experience. Easy to schedule, timely and professional

Prior to using Associated Septic Services we attempted to contact another local provider but they never responded to our request. Fortunately we went with Associated Septic Services because they were prompt and efficient. We will definitely use them again.

Went well until I received the bill which was $20 more per tank than the approximate advertised price. When I called to question the price, I dealt with a very rude person who decided to argue with me about giving quotes over the phone, which I never got. I had no reason to assume the price would be different than what was advertised on the card. In addition, I was surprised that one of the tanks needed to be pumped instead of just inspected cause its a 3 bedroom house with one person living there.
