Don did a great job and finished on time. In addition to this job, we have used Don to repair a ruptured drain pipe and advise us on remodeling decisions. He is prompt to respond to calls and talks to you like a plumber, not a salesman. (That's a good thing.) One caveat: Don can remember...

The work was performed very well. My only disappointment was in the price. I think that $280 is REALLY expensive for the work that was done. I may use this plumber again, but not without an estimate ahead of time.
The plumber that came was very pleasant and everything was left neat. He was on-time. Installed the new tank and took the old tank away. I was very pleased with the work.
