Dennis was highly recommended by some friends and he didn't disappoint. He was on time and very professional, knew just what was causing the problem and fixed it. He had to cut through the drywall to access the pipes, but there was no mess left behind. We will definitely call Brook Falls Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!

He is meticulous and always goes above and beyond to deliver a first class job. Dennis has been our plumber for some years now, on jobs big and small. You won't find a better, nicer professional who really knows his stuff. Honest and dependable!

Dennis came out and got to work right away. Dennis was knowledgeable about his craft and did an excellent job getting everything for the sink, disposal, and dishwasher hooked up. Dennis explained to me what he was going to do and why the hookups needed to be done a certain way.
I will be using Dennis again for some future plumbing work.

The work was completed quickly and professionally. The plumber took the time to explain to me what he had done. When I asked him to give an estimate for another job I anticipated having performed, he took the time to explain the options and what they would cost. I will probably have him perform this job too in the near future.

A leaky shutoff valve had prevented the use of our outside patio faucet during the hot dry summer of 2012. I thought that this valve and another should be replaced, so I asked for and received an estimate for this work. The problem shutoff valve was able to be repaired to stop the leak without replacement by a packing adjustment. The shutoff for our other exterior faucet received similar service work. The outside hose bibb was also rebuilt on the exterior faucet connected to the corrected valve. This work was done on schedule for less than half of the original valve replacement estimate. I'm a happy customer.

I called and left a message that was returned to me within a hour and a half or so. He was very professional and didn't make me feel rushed when trying to explain the problem. He asked lots of questions (like how old the house was (he was able to determine the kind of piping used) and was able to give me a loose verbal estimate on the phone. He was very up-front about his hourly fee, trip charge etc. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. He was professional, prompt and a really nice guy. He fixed the problems and his bill was actually less than the phone estimate! are happy to have found a plumber that we will call on again!

I am pleased with every aspect of the job. Dennis is reliable and hard working and explains things to me so that I get a better understanding of how everything works. He protected my floors with a drop cloth and cleaned up any mess after he completed the job. I have used Dennis in the past and will continue to call him for all my plumbing needs.

Dennis was professional, helpful, clean, and efficient. He arrived on-time and was efficient in removing the old kitchen sink, installing the new kitchen sink and connecting the ice maker on our refrigerator. We were pleased with his work and would contact him again should we need plumbing service in the future.

Dennis returned my call right away, and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me regarding my pump. He was able to come the next day and repair the pump. Very efficient work, very clean. Nice, friendly and available for all kinds of plumbing questions.

The cement basement floor had to be broken up in order to install a sanitary lift pump. The plumber keep this very messy work confined and as clean as possible. We're very happy with the way the bathroom turned out.
