"I requested assistance through the Angie's List website for troubleshooting through the discounted $50 trip charge link.  I expected to schedule a technician to come out, but instead I was provided some troubleshooting tips through the Angie's List messaging system.  It worked out excellent for me, as their suggestion to check my pressure switch for sediment/debris was spot-on and I was comfortable with replacing the switch and pipe nipple myself.  $20 in parts and my problems were solved.  Aqua Well & Pump Systems certainly could have sent someone out to inspect my well system and charged me, but instead they provided excellent customer support and helped me solve my problem.  I definitely recommend Aqua Well & Pump Systems and would go back in the future!

He stuck with it and when he left I finally had a kitchen sink that drained again. He was friendly, explained everything that needed done and had a estimate before proceeding. They had the para to fix it but not the right size We still paid in full EVEN though our water Bill is almost double the usual Bill! Waste of water, annoying sound...The technician said he would come back to make it right. They are very busy but it has been about 3 weeks waiting on it. :"
