Repairs for this damage took us many months and required me to take a lot of time off work in order to meet with contractors and facilitate the reconstruction. All affected walls, ceilings, and floors had to be completely torn out, the area was completely dried, and then slowly rebuilt. Our homeowners insurance ultimately covered most, but not all, of the costs. We were left with approximately $2400 in expenses not covered by our insurance. After many, many interactions with Air Mechanical in which we requested reimbursement for this remaining expense, they gave us $400 in compensation. Following this series of events, I received frequent phone calls by Air Mechanical salesmen who were unaware that their company had destroyed our home. These employees cheerfully asked whether they could interest me in heating or air conditioning services. They apparently found it very difficult to remove our phone number from their call list. They answered questions in detail and were will to accommodate our needs. We needed to know very clearly that we would achieve the goal of getting rid of ducting coming out of the ceiling. After establishing that we were going forward with a plan I did all of the demo on existing finished ceilings myself and Harker said they could just wait for me to let them know it was ready. When it was ready they came in to plan the install and that's when we decided to add the moving of the gas line to the install. The next week they had their parts read and we scheduled the start date of the install. The install went very smoothly. The furnace and the gas had to be off at different times (in the Winter) but they kept it to a minimum. They made sure we had good heat over the weekend even though the return side was not done yet and air flow was not great. For the amount of work the install was pretty quick. The installers asked questions whenever they were not 100% sure about where we wanted new supplies, etc. We appreciated the communication and not making assumptions. They explained how things were going to work in the new system and they pointed out that return ducts that were not being replaced were dirty and that a duct cleaning company could vacuum them out. The work seems to be of a very high quality. Air flow and heat is good. The one problem is the noise of the expanding and contracting ducts. That is mostly due to heat and also when we walk on the floor over the main ducts but sometimes it seems to be airflow related. Its not an excessive amount of noise for a forced air system but our old system was somehow perfectly quiet and we liked it that way. It could have been due to a higher thickness of sheet metal. Maybe the accumulated dust had an impact. I don't remember those ducts being as hot as the new ones to the touch. The project manager did come back out to assess the noise and suggest some options to deal with it but decided the noise caused by heating and cooling is normal. He said we can add some insulation in places we can still access. before we finish it and they can put in a brace if we find a particular section of duct is popping. I do think they should have tried to set the noise expectations at the beginning. The project manager generally responded quickly to emails although I sent reminders once or twice. At the time of planning we did not establish how billing was going to work and I had to ask via email to determine that we would do it through the mail. We did not get an official 2nd estimate although I'm sure we could have if we would have asked. Quote for whole-house air duct cleaning was accurate, and they didn't charge me more for a few extra vents because they were on the main line. The technician was professional and efficient and took the time to answer my questions.

Their quote was right in-line for the install and another person came back the next day and gave me a very reasonable quote for duct work. Everything could not have been better and I won't use anyone else. Timely, courteous and professional company.

I recently had Jensen Plumbing and Heating replace my entire HVAC system, because my furnace had some serious problems. The owners, Sheldon & Jen, were very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with; their installers, Dave & Nate, did an excellent job. They sold me a high efficiency Carrier...

The response time was great. Brian showed up right on time and was very professional and friendly. We have a 3-year old Golden Retriever that just wanted to say hi and Brian was very kind to our dog and let our dog welcome him into our home. Such a great experience we hired them back a month...
The attempts at repairs were carried out; a new air handler for the air conditioning system was installed in a crawl space above the ceiling near our kitchen. The air conditioner seemed to be working better initially. One evening in the summer the following year, were heard a loud noise from...

Pharo fixed the problem in nothing flat. Would use them again. My parents have also used them and could have sold my folks an expensive air cleaning unit. Dad was ready to purchase. They sold him a cheaper one that works just as well. They didn't go for the easy money, but the right thing.

"The technician did a great job when he came out to look at the unit. He fixed one and found a leak in the other one. I needed a quote for my home insurance company. Turns our Aire Serve Pro is in collaboration with the home warranty company to get as much of the repair as possible to not be covered by my home warranty. They would not give me a normal quote of time and materials. They would only give me a quote where all the costs are wrapped into a per pound of refrigerant cost. This drastically increases the cost per pound of refrigerant by 10x. You can literally buy 410a refrigerant for $10 per pound (see attached) but they wanted to charge $151 per pound with all the costs rolled in. The insurance company then says....we only pay the market rate of $10/pound for refrigerant and I have to pay the difference. Which means the insurance company only covers 10% of the repair. The woman said because I went thru insurance they had to do it this way and could give me a time/material quot"

A rotary brush will scrub dust and debris loose from the inside walls of your air ducts. Improve indoor air quality
Help alleviate allergy symptoms by reducing mold and pollen in the air
