Zerorez was professional from start to finish.  They... 1.  Returned calls in a timely manner. 2.  Answered questions thoroughly. 3.  Provided an appointment reminder. 4.  Showed up on time. 5.  Very knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced technician. 6.  Used corner guards to protect walls from scratches. 7.  Used a door cover to get the hoses into the house without having to leave the front door open.  Tim made the carpets look new again and best of all... he got out stains that were over 2 years old that others tried to remove and couldn't! I am very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely use them again.  I highly recommend them.  Thanks, Tim!!!

Had to leave messages a couple of times to get the communication started. But once that was accomplished, the rest has been pretty smooth. On the whole, the carpet looked very good, except a heavily traveled strip on one side of the loving room. We had been warned by the technician that the fibers in that area had been damaged to the point that the complete recovery might not be possible. However, they still offered to send someone to do another round in that area free of charge to see if it could be made better. Whatever the end result (the area is still being dried at this writing), we very much appreciate the company's customer service. And we will definitely be using them again.

Generally a good cleaning, unfortunately couldn’t get out multiple red stains that I was hoping they could, but everything else looks clean and good.

I have nothing bad to say about ZeroRez. The services provided went above and beyond my expectations. Tim was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and what is expected. His was very professional and I was extremely comfortable in trusting him with his recommendations. I would highly recommended ZeroRez to anyone looking for their carpets to be cleaned. Due to older stains, the tech was unable to remove them completely. He felt it was unfair to charge full price so he gave me half off! I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. Even though the cleaning was not a material success, it still was an improvement . The project was a full business success however. That’s how to treat a customer!! Thank you for a good experience - give this man a raise!
