Kevin was prompt and responsive in all communication. Was on time, did a thorough job, and even leveled my unit for no extra charge. Pleasure to work with.

Absolutely phenomenal service! What started off as a blower replacement quickly turned into a full unit replacement. He immediately came back out, took measurements, and had a new unit fully installed two days later. Even after having to do some extra duct work, there was no additional fee from the original quote. Would never go to anyone else for HVAC needs.

Prompt service, he showed me what was wrong and the defective part and how it should work, was efficient because my time is important too, wore shoe covers in my home so the carpet stayed clean.

They do what they were supposed to do. They always do a great job. We got a good relationship now. I haven’t done any comparison shopping when it comes to price.

They provided good service. They were prompt. They were polite and left everything in good shape.  It was a reasonable charge for what they did.

He has done a lot of work for me. He is professional and reliable.

We have a commercial building and have called Kevin (the owner) several times over the past few months.  Although his prices were not the cheapest, he always showed up and fixed the problem.  Today we called him and said that we had a furnace torn apart, and just needed a part that costs approximately $150 RETAIL.  We offered to pay him for it if he had it on his truck.  He said he did.

He came a little while later and brought the part.  He asked "Would you just like me to throw this in for you since I'm here?". ****Keep in mind that we knew what part we needed, knew how much the part cost ($150-ish retail), had done the work of tearing down the furnace before he arrived.****We said yes and thanked him for helping out.  As he was leaving, he gave us an invoice.  He charged us $320 for the part, and $80 for a diagnostic fee.  When we questioned him and said that there was absolutely no diagnostic service provided, and asked why the part was over double what it actually cost retail, he said, "Well, I came by last week and looked at that other heater for you that there was noting wrong with.  I didn't charge you that day, so we'll just make this count for that day."

I don't mind paying for services, or paying a reasonable markup for stocked parts.  But, what Kevin did was unethical.  He led us to believe that, since we have spend a lot of money with him over the past few months, that he would just stick the motor in for us at no charge, and then charged us a very high markup.  He will not be back.

Kevin was very prompt, cleaned and checked the furnace and gave me his recommendation on when to change the filter and service the air conditioner.  I liked that he didn't do anything that wasn't needed, but recommended when to look at other things.   He was courteous and I found him to be reasonably priced.

Called him for a furnace cleaning (and I had a hunch I had some type of problem going on) He did a great job with the routine cleaning and then found I had a huge and potentially dangerous problem going on with my furnace. He was great about explaining my furnace problems to me, pointing out the failing areas and calling to get warranty part information. Turns out most parts were covered under warranty. He not only drove across town to get my parts but he stayed till the furnace was fixed, running and tested so I wouldn't have a cold night and I would be safe. I found Kevn to be super friendly, honest , caring and hard working person - I would highly recommend him to all my friends.
