After Randy and his team replaced our fiberglass insulation in the crawl space with spray foam, it raised the average air temperature on our first floor by over 15 degrees! Randy was able to come out for a quote within a few days we were on the schedule within a week or two. On installation day, the crew was on time and professional. He took his time to investigate the issues, develop an appropriate plan of action, and prepare a thorough quote. "I called 5 Insulation companies for estimates in Oct.2025, when we were having other work done to our home & discovered we had No insulation between the studs. USA 🇺🇸 Insulation was the most expensive but they were the most thorough during the sales process, as far as explaining how everything was to be done & showed me photos. They were the ONLY company that offered the blown in expansion Insulation. Which is what made the job a little more costly, but they used the best product because it doesn't settle over time, which to me made it worth it. They came on Dec.15th which was a VERY cold day, with a 4 man crew,each with a specialized task, (Foreman, siding removal, hole driller, foam insertion). They were very professional, answered all my questions, cleaned up my property when done & did a heat camera procedure that showed me how the walls were cold before hand & were already warming by end of job. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to have this done."

"We reached out to Dan with the issue of freezing pipes and cold rooms in our old house. Dan inspected the house and proposed a plan to remedy these issues. Aside from the more traditional air sealing and insulation solutions, Dan also recommended insulating the area of our house above our soffit, which was difficult to access but that appeared to be a major insulation issue. I should add the other firms we requested quotes for did not identify this area in their proposal. I firmly believe the proposals from the other firms would not have fixed our issues. Dan worked for ~2 weeks on air sealing our attic and house, adding insulation to our attic, removing our soffit and adding insulation and reinstalling soffit. Work was done well and within budget and at a fair price. Dan is very easy to work with and takes pride in his work. We are very happy to report our pipes have not frozen and the cold rooms are no longer cold - would highly recommend Dan to others - he went above and beyond."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
