AJ came out and explained the entire process and supplied us with a very fair quote for the job, and our installers, Dan and Jacob, who did an unbelievable job installing our unit. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to cover all the areas they were working around and cleaned up along the way. Butler chimneys is a full service chimney company. We offer all the quality of the big guys, at a little guy price. We were founded on the principal: "Just because you can charge more doesn't me you should charge more".
"We split our project into two separate projects and Butler Chimney's did a great job with both parts! Last year they replaced our wood burning insert in the living room and added a chimney liner. This Summer we had them come back and re-brick the chimney exterior. Remove old brick, remove 2 old flues that were not being used any more, re brick, pour a new concrete crown, and put a new stainless steel cap over the whole thing. Everything looks great and customer service has always been top notch."
