THE COMPANY WAS SLOW TO RESPOND TO MY CALL AND DID NOT SCHEDULE OR CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY, BUT PROFESSIONALISM AND THE WORK PERFORMED WERE GOOD. DURING THE INITIAL PHONE CALL, THEY MADE AN ASSESSMENT OF WHAT BRAND OF GRILL AND SORT OF PARTS MIGHT BE NEEDED TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM SO THE REPAIRMAN COULD BRING THEM WITH.
