INSTALLATION NEEDED DUE TO SMOKE GETTING THROUGH DAMAGED TILES IN THE FLUE AND BACK INTO THE HOUSE THROUGH ADJACENT FLUE. AFTER INSTALLATION, SMOKE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED ENTIRELY. THE WHOLE INSTALLATION REQUIRED ABOUT HALF A DAY. PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO WHAT ANOTHER COMPANY QUOTED. THEY WERE ABLE TO PERFORM THIS WORK JUST A FEW DAYS AFTER AN INITIAL (FREE) INSPECTION.

BEST $900 WE EVER SPENT ON OUR PLACE. WE USE THE GAS LOG NEARLY EVERYDAY DURING THE COLD WEATHER. PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL - I HAD THE CHIMNEY SWEPT AND HAD THE GAS LOG INSTALLED AS A PACKAGE DEAL. WHEN WE VISITED THE SHOWROOM, THEY WERE OUT OF THE MODEL OF GAS LOG WE LIKED. THEY UPGRADED US TO THE NEXT MODEL, AND GAVE US A GREAT DEAL ON IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, AND THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT.
