"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."

I’m a bit confused by the price and ask how much was the part? They won’t give me that amount, they tell me it’s charged per job. Call to find out how much the part actually cost from Lenix, cost $67. They were at our house less than 20 minutes I was charged $180 for for 20 min. of service:( Won’t use them again:( I was also promised a phone call back to discuss a possible credit and did not receive one...no surprise:("
