Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "Total scammers, you have to beg Nate to come out and give an accurate estimate and then when he does, he purposely low balls it so you sign with them, charge a $39 fee for who knows what, badgers you until you sign with them, very inexperienced movers, you have 2 guys standing around watching the other guy wrap all the furniture, damaged a piece of our furniture, the only one they didn?t wrap and now refuses to pay the claim, avoid this company at all costs! Then 4 hours into the move, the ?manager? Eric tells us it?s going to be more like 10 hours, we had everything already boxed and ready to be moved except for our bedroom furniture which was the only big items we had to move and this first team couldn?t even move 2 pieces of our furniture, had to have another team come the following Monday to move the remaining 2 pieces, good thing our closing on our house wasn?t on that Friday! "I hired them for 10/29/25. I told them that I needed to have my entire 1 bedroom apartment re carpeted and need everything moved out. Gave him a brief list of what was going to be boxed up and needed to be moved out of the apartment. Upon full installation of the carpeting everything needs to get brought back in. Starting around 9am & not sure when finishing.He said he would charge flat rate of $650 and stay there till the job was done. On 10/29/25 on the way by me, Tim called and asked me where all the boxed up items were going? I got nervous and said ?in your truck.? They didn?t even have a truck to put my items in. They were moved into the apartment hallway and outside on my patio and grass. I had to pay $650 for that without a truck which was ridiculous. On top of it I left my TV in my living room with all cords attached. My TV was moved into my bedroom with no cords, never put back. HDMI/Power Cord are still missing. They didn?t know where they went. I had to buy all new ones."
