So it is hard to find a company that will finish the work because they do not want to ruin the shower doors. No one wants to do just the medicine cabinet and light and sink and toilet. The gentleman that wrote up the order said that it wouldn’t be difficult to find someone to finish the job. That was misleading because it is difficult."

"The water line to our refrigerator burst overnight.  We woke up to standing water in the kitchen, office and it raining through the drywall ceiling in the basement on to the couch and carpet.  Rich came the same day we called and began cleaning up the mess.  He got the drying equipment set up that same day.  He worked with us throughout the week to dry out the house, remove the flooring and part of the subfloor in the office, cut out the damaged drywall ceiling, and remove the carpet in the basement. He was very knowledgable and thorough.  He really went above and beyond to make sure thigs were taken care of the right way.  He was very flexible and willing to work around our schedule.  I would definitely recommend Rich.

"$108 to come out and diagnose the problem whIch was just a crack drain pipe receiver:) so they come out to repair it for an additional $249.83. I’m a bit confused by the price and ask how much was the part? They won’t give me that amount, they tell me it’s charged per job. Call to find out how much the part actually cost from Lenix, cost $67. They were at our house less than 20 minutes I was charged $180 for for 20 min. of service:( Won’t use them again:( I was also promised a phone call back to discuss a possible credit and did not receive one...no surprise:("
