Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."

The owner, Hector, came to our house at the end of June and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. They tore down and removed the tired old asphalt, then framed, graded & compacted with gravel and finally installed wire mesh on the first day of the job.
