"Very accommodating company. Responded to all my questions and concerns, treated my home with the utmost respect and left it clean. The room was a bedroom carpeted by prior owners. When I removed the carpet, it uncovered a nightmare. The room used to be part of the garage. The previous owners left the oil spills. dirt, and cracks and just covered it with carpet. Soooooo disgusting. Perma seal ground out the cracks, pumped poly foam underneath for support, sealed the cracks, ground them to level them, and it even looks like they tried to clean up the disgusting oil spills left by previous owners. (I'll be doing additional scrubbing). I will wait for spring thaw to assess its waterproofness before I order my new floor. See before and after shots."

• US Waterproofing spent a considerable amount of time evaluating my worsening basement seepage problem and provided a very detailed drawing and description of the proposed work in addition to the cost estimate.  The work consisted of:

1. -the excavation of a trench around the perimeter of the interior of my basement, as well as a trench down the center
2. -the installation of a gravel bed and perforated pipe in the trench
3. -installation of a sump pump and connection to the drain pipes
4. -concrete patching of the excavated areas
5. -installation of gutter extensions to all of my gutters and burial of the extensions 10-15' away from my foundation.

The work took 3 full days.  The workmen were prompt each day, arriving usually around 8 am.  There was a crew of about 5-6 and they did a great job.  They cleaned up completely, took all of the debris that was generated by the job away with them, and were polite and responsive throughout.  I had to be away from home several times during the work and had no worries whatsoever about leaving the crew working while I was gone.
The whole process from estimate through completion was excellent, especially since water problems can be so stressful.  I would recommend US Waterproofing to anyone having water problems in or around their house.

"Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio!
