Then they pulled out a box labeled ‘Important Documents’… which turned out to be 300 Taco Bell sauce packets from 2004. They handled it like hazardous material, loading it onto the trailer with tongs. By the time they finished, my garage was cleaner than when I bought the house. I half expected them to hand me a medal for “Most Dramatic Transformation.” If they start offering to clean up my life choices, I’m signing up immediately."

"We rented a 20yard dumpster from them on Thursday, March 18th for delivery March 19th. They called me at 930am on delivery day in the morning claiming my house was a a weight restricted road and couldn't get to me so they were canceling my rental. I missed this call cause I was at work. They sent me an email saying the same thing. I immediately replied and told him I was not on a weight restricted road and to please deliver my dumpster. No reply. I live on a trucking road so I knew they could deliver here. I called their 800 number and waited on hold for 30 mins. Talked to someone about the issue. They said their dispatch said it was weight restricted. I explained where we live and that we are not weight restricted. We are on a trucking route. She put me on hold to wait for a supervisor. After another 20 minutes I got the supervisor and re explained everything to her. She said she'd talk with dispatch and get back to me. I waited 2 hours and called back. Some song and dance. My husband then called and was hung up on. He tried calling back again, got put on hold and eventually got disconnected. So we had to call waste management to get a dumpster but they can't deliver until Monday. So now we are 900 bucks in on a 450 dollar dumpster cause these guys as budget dumpster don't know what the **** they are doing. Don't bother with them. Just call your waste removal company and have them bring you a dumpster like we should have from the start."
