Land Quest Construction

There was fire in my unit that was an accident even landquest insurance company said it was an accident . The property manager Paige is horrible she’s mean and heartless she never onced asked if me and my son was ok after the fire . I was lied to I have text and emails from Paige and Brandon from landquest telling me I could still have my apartment after the contractors fix the damage then I was told to move my things in the basment so they can rehab the unit … they threw away everything! My brother passed away recently and they trew away all of his army stuff that I put in the basment ! They told me they wouldn’t touch it they told me I still had my apartment etc then they hit me with a non lease renewal this company is horrible and I have already seeked ya lawyer I want the money for my brothers stuff they threw away so much valuable stuff Land Quest

Land Quest is an absolute joke! By far the worst company I’ve ever had dealt with. Whatever you do, DON’T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wish I could rate them 0 stars because that’s what they deserve. Unfortunately I’m still renting from them because the market is out of control in Bristol, WI and they bought out the previous owner, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in all of my years of renting. They cancel EVERY work order that I or my neighbors put in without any explanation. One neighbor’s heat went out in the dead of winter and they canceled the work order. I had exposed wires from my water heater and they specifically said to keep my daughter away from it because it could electrocute her yet they still canceled the work order. They have zero communication with our on site property manager, whom we love and they kept on when they took over, but people move in/out and he has no clue it’s even happening. Now we’re dealing with a trash collection issue. It’s been 2 weeks and our garage has not been picked up. I informed management and was told to send my complaints to maintenance. Sent said complaints to maintenance and got no response. Contacted management again and was told maintenance is aware of it. Ok, so when are they going to do something about it??? And why isn’t the garbage company coming anymore? Did you not pay the bill? I’m sure my monthly rent alone covers it since they overcharge the **** out of their tenants for the lack of service they provide to their properties. The last thing I heard was, we’re not sure when it will be handled, I just know that they’re aware of it. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! YOU’LL REGRET IT!!

Theresa Olson of Landquest is amazing. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs. When I met Theresa, she understood my situation and genuinely wanted to help. Her attitude is so positive with plenty of smiles and laughs. Theresa was always available, quick to respond to my multiple requests, questions and concerns. I had 2 houses to sell, both in need of repairs/updates. I was overwhelmed and didn't think it was possible to sell. Theresa took on the challenge and succeeded, selling both houses. She gave me hope and worked hard to sell both houses. She helped me get though deals that didn't work out and the inconveniences of living in a house on the market. Theresa's next challenge was finding my new home. We looked at what seemed like 100 listings (sorry Theresa:). She knew what I was looking for better than I did. She was very flexible and giving of her time to accommodate my schedule. When we finally found the right one; she was so supportive and encouraging. The next steps were handled efficiently with barely a month from offer to closing. I could not imagine getting through it all without her. Thanks to Theresa, I'm where she said I be: in my beautiful new home that I love!
