I am honest, reliable and hardworking. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy a strong cup of coffee, a good book, and playing bingo! "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I then got a call from Caleb (10/1) asking if repair service had called me (no); I called again (10/5) and finally received a call from Kaitlin that evening to schedule an appointment. No service appointment was available until 10/29! This is so not acceptable to have to wait this long, through no fault of my own, to have a broken blind looked at!"
