The crew was great! They were there on time, they were totally professional. They went out of their way to keep their equipment off of my many flowerbeds. They cleaned up completely when they were done. I would hire them again in a heartbeat

As usual, the arrival of Rick and crew was 2nd to Christmas!!! It's Saturday - and they were hard at work early. I knew the job would be handled quickly and completely. Not only did they take care of the obvious, but Rick graciously trimmed up another tree that I'd been having issues with hanging branches rubbing the car. I love that they thoroughly clean up the remaining twigs and leaves and 'stuff' before they leave. (now if i could only get them to do that on the ENTIRE yard :-\ ) I've hired Eau Claire Tree Service a number of times over the years, usually for much bigger projects than this one. Never been disappointed. And I didn't even request a bid this time. GOOD JOB, GUYS.

Trees were close to the house, but were brought down cleanly with no problems. Crew was very good about cleaning up after the trees were removed. Have used this company before with good results, and they did a great job again. Billed exactly same as estimated.

Rick and his crew of 7 worked so quickly and cleaned up everything. I was so impressed!!
It took them less than 2 hours to remove 7 mid-size trees and clean up completely. They were such hard, well organized workers it was impressive. They were so efficient! I would call on them again if I ever needed that kind of service.

It went EXCELLENT !
Our yard is very small (1/4 acre including the house.) with a chain link fence surrounding the back yard. Two trees were in the back yard and two in front. Rick did a remarkable job trimming the limbs down to where the crew could saw the rest of the trunks and he has a high enough bucket on his truck that was able to reach both trees in the back. Our neighbors were taking bets that limbs were going to hit the chain link fence, but not one did. In fact, they were so impressed, they requested estimates from him.
They were very careful about removing any items in our yard (potted plants, bird feeders, yard decor, etc.) that would have been in the way of downing the trees.
We have been experiencing a very rainy season, they put pads and boards on the grass so the equipment didn't damage any part of the lawn. If it wasn't for the stump holes now filled with black dirt, there is no evidence that equipment was on our yard.
They also stacked some of the logs that we wanted to keep.
This is our very 1ST A+ experience with a contractor.
Would definitely have them back, but for now, we are enjoying a tree free yard

Rick came out and gave me a quote the same day I submitted an online request for a quote. I thought this was fantastic as many companies are delayed in responding to online requests. Rick quoted me 300 which I thought was very reasonable and he was able to do the job that same week. He arrived early and had the work completed in less than an hour. He is very efficient and clearly has been doing this for quite a while. He has a bucket truck and a large crew. Rick isnt much of a talker but I'm good with that because he is extremely efficient and straight forward. I plan on using Eau Claire Tree Service again.

They were amazing. The tree was about two feet away from the power lines that go to my house. They were able to remove this tree without having to lower the power line. They had the work done in a few hours and left the yard nice and clean. I dont know how they got the tree out of the yard because I have a fence but they did. I highly recommend Eau Claire Tree service.

I'd worked with Eau Claire Tree Service a number of times before so I expected the job would be done professionally. Rick wasn't much of a talker but it was obvious he knew his profession well - and knew he had a responsible crew. I was flabbergasted at how quickly they downed the trees and cleaned up the 'leftovers'. They raked up the chips and small branches and twigs. SO refreshing to have a complete job done.
I was also impressed at how considerate the crew was of my land and yard. They tried to time the work when the yard was dry enough to withstand the weight of the equipment etc. Also tried to be as considerate as possible of other fauna in the area so as not to destroy it all.

It went fantastic! Rick came out last fall, I told him what I wanted, he looked it over, quickly wrote down the estimate on the back of a business card and said he would be back in the winter. I thought the price was reasonable for the size of the trees. Rick and his crew came last Thursday and had the trees down, the stumps ground out and everything cleaned up in about six hours. The crew was friendly and professional. After they got done all of the twigs, branches, ground out stumps and the rest of the mess was gone. One of the advantages of Eau Claire Tree Service is they have excellent equipment. They have a boom truck so they don't have to drive on the lawn for many projects. Rick has come out several times before on smaller projects and I have always had a good experience with the company. I highly recommend them.

I called Eau Claire Tree Service about a large pine tree that I wanted removed from my fenced in back yard. The owner came out and gave me a price which was $200.
They arrived just before I had to leave for work to start the tree removal. When I got home from work the tree and all of the debris was gone. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up and didn't leave so much as a pine cone in the grass where the tree was. I was very happy with the work that they did and I would definitely use them again,
I thought that the price that they charged was reasonable also.

After I called, the owner (Rick) came out and gave me an estimate written on his business card. That was such a handy way to keep track of who was coming, when, and at what price. He told me they were about a couple months out from coming to do my job. Last week (about 2 months later) I called to check to see about when they would be here. He said this week. Sure enough, they were here bright and early Monday morning.
Rick and his crew worked so hard! I couldn't believe how much they could accomplish in one day. Of course, it was on a 90-degree day, but that didn't slow them down at all.
Rick's estimate was half of what another company quoted to me when they were doing tree service for a neighbor. I was sure Rick would raise the price after he realized how much work needed to be done, but he didn't. Rick and his crew are extremely good workers. They actually deserved more money for what they did.
I was amazed at how well they cleaned up my yard afterwards.

Winter was really tough on our trees. Additionally, we had some tall red pine trees die of disease. We had Eau Claire Tree Service out a couple years ago and they did an excellent job, so we invited them back. They gave us and estimate promptly and scheduled an approximate date. Staff turnover can be a problem but our concern was not called for as some of the same staff was back again. That started things off on a positive note. Again, they arrived as promised and worked very hard from start to finish. They cleaned up very well and took all the debris and trees with them. The staff is professional and polite. We will have them back again when they are needed.
