If you're looking for a telecommunications provider that offers sub par Internet with rude or nonexistent customer service, this should be your pick. They require you to go into their office directly in order to request service, but are open very minimal hours. Every time I have interacted with their employees, they act like they are doing an extreme chore just to speak with you or assist. Overpriced and awful customer service. I so wanted to like a local business and provide them with my business in return, but they make it impossible.
