I work from home so I was able to see a lot of the daily work. I could really tell that Jeffrey takes pride in his craft from the meticulous way he laid drop clothes to protect your home to the way he detailed corners and around obstructions. "ordered custom pella window in AUG 2022 with quoted 8-10w LT. Follwed up after 12+ wks for update on order only to learn rep not with Pella. Took a couple of days of calls and email to showroom for a response / update. We received communication that our order had material back-ordered and our window wouldn't be installed until Feb 2023. I then requested the sales mgr (Matt S***) contact me to discuss what actions had been taken to mitigate the LT and for a parts list of what was holding up our order. After a week of being ignored, drove the 50m to the showroom to get a response, which I did. Matt did reach me to confirm our 8-10wk order would not be honoured and he could not provide the requested information. Further, after I injected I have to consider cancelling the order he stated "that would come with a restock charge of several hundred $$$) which was BS because the clause on the order stated a right to cancel with 3wk notice. Our order by this time was 3+ months past due. Would recommend investing efforts to find competitor to the franchise. Of positive note: The contracted installation crew was best in class, highly professional and delivered exceptional workmanship and attention to quality and cleanliness. Couldn't be more satisfied with the product they delivered. Will write their review after this post."

"Jack Kratcha made a proposal after touring the house to see what we needed to have painted. He explained to us the choices we had in paint. He and his crew arrived on the agreed date. They did all the cleaning and prep work carefully. They were careful not to spill or splash paint or other materials. They paid careful attention to detail. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We are very pleased with the results"

"I cannot be more pleased with the quality of work done by Josh and his team. We just purchased a loft condo where the previous owner painted each wall different colors. Though that worked for their lifestyle, I wanted things a bit more subdued. Matt was very kind and helpful in making a color choice. Josh and his team were able to start much sooner then originally planned for so they were in the middle of painting on the same day we scheduled movers. They had things at a point were the movers could move in our large items and they very adeptly moved around everything. This was a very difficult job due to the need to paint the ceiling and it was completed in a week as promised. We were in and out of the loft many times and I was very comfortable leaving our home in their hands. I have to say I missed the team on Saturday as it was our first day without them in our home. I was also impressed that Mario came back on Monday to any touch-ups. A great experience and I would highly recommend Josh and CertaPro based on my experience with them. I was also impressed with the follow-up by the central office and Matt the salesman."

"Do not use suredry in city of Neenah if you want permit approved. Spent 17k on EverBrace wall and city of Neenah inspector, Ted walked in and looked at it and said he has never seen work like this and did not approve work permit. I am now left with unapproved permit and the company is crickets. Customer service is great before they get final check and leave you will unapproved permit. Do not use sure dry especially if you live in city of Neenah because ted the useless inspector will not approve it leaving you screwed "
