Darin Shea and his crew did great work, and came in right in the middle of his estimated range. It wasn't a cheap job due to the water damage, but I knew that going in. He is very courteous, listens to questions and suggestions, and is very responsive to your concerns. Clean up at the end of the project went beyond my expectations. I let his crew use my heated work shop for cutting trim and siding out of the cold, and it got a pretty good covering in saw dust. Darin shop vac'ed the whole place out after they were done! The quality of work done appears to be top notch. He used high end materials to flash the new windows properly. He worked with me to fit the exterior window trim, and then pull it down so I could prime and paint it, myself, in my work shop. I'm pretty obsessive over details, and it's hard to find folks like that in the construction trades. Darin is one of those guys.
Description of Work: Installed seven Andersen windows (three were large multi-window units) and reframed 5 walls due to water damage from the leaking windows.
