Loved that Neil and Jason came to estimate our job...on time, quick, had the printed detailed quote in my hands within 45 minutes. Waited for other painters to show up to quote, they were late, didn't get me quote for several days, had to beg them for details. Other quotes were for less money, but since the quoting experience was so lame, I didn't trust them to do a good job painting my house.
Glad I went with certapro....I had no concerns, and would certainly work with them again.

"I am sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with the results. on 2 of the doors. When we tried to contact you after the job to make sure all was to your satidfaction, we did not receive a response. If you were not delighted with the work, you should not have waited for almost a year and a half to let us know. We would have come back immediately to correct any issues. Regarding the paint in the mulch, we leave any extra paint with the homeowner. What may have happened, is that it was a bucket of water that Marco used to wash his brush that was dumped."
"I am sorry to hear of your dis-satisfaction with our service. We try very hard to satisfy all of our customers. The bubbling is on one small area on the front of the house is usually caused by moisture prior to the paint fully curing.. Unfortunately, we ran out of weather to be able to complete the warranty work properly in the fall. I did leave a message stating we would be back in the spring of 2015 to complete and we still plan on doing that."

Ther reason for the overage in price was for work (drywall repairs and texturing) that was clearly listed on the contract as done on a time and material basis and listed as not included in the total quote. the time was estimated and spelled out. My crew kept you aware of the time throughout the project and were told it was OK. Once again, I apologize for the misunderstanding however we discussed that this was time and material and not included in the final price during the estimate appointment , as well as it was clearly spelled out in writing on the proposal."

My job site supervisors are held accountable for this. I take negative reviews very personally and have taken the necessary stops with this crew to ensure this never happens again. My crew should have never left trash in you garbage cans without your approval. I personally came back and cleaned both the inside and outside of you garbage cans to remove the small amount of paint that got on them."
