Being new to Florida I had a few projects when moving into my home. I was fortunate to come across a review of a small proprietorship--three people in all--who was willing to tackle all of my projects. The quality of workmanship was superb and all three were very accommodating of my requests. They were a pleasure to work with. I certainly intend to call on them again.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the professionalism and the superb craftsmanship. The job was completed in a timely manner and communication was excellent. We wish we could provide a higher than 5 rating, because they deserve it.

The fence looks great and is perfect for privacy! We had a slow start due to having the yard landscaped first and our crazy rain almost every day weather but once I notified them that I was ready for the fencing, they were right on target and finished the work in a timely fashion with no fuss! They answered my questions and remeasured when I wanted to add more fencing to my original order. They were easy to talk with and easy to get in touch with! All in all, I am delighted with my new fencing thanks to Premier Remodeling, LLC.

Jeff and his crew showed up as scheduled and worked steadily for 2 plus days to remove and rebuild a storm damaged 200 ft tall fence. They did an excellent job of matching the design of the fence sections that weren't part of the job. He did the entire fence on his own and was a very hot day. Came to my house on te appointed time that he said he would be there. Fence looks great except for a couple of areas that were missed by he left the remainder of the stain and I touched up but all was good. Woul definitely hire him again.

I am so happy with the fence. We’ve had it for about two months and it is great! The neighbors compliment the look all the time. The work was done on time and within budget.

Jeff at Premier Remodeling did an excellent job. I originally brought him in to put up a fence when I realized he also does interior painting so I asked him to provide an estimate for that as well. He did an excellent job on both in a very timely manner. There were also a couple of small handyman and deck maintenance needs that I asked him if he could also address, and he knocked those out of the park as well. It was great to be able to go to one business and have all of my various tasks handled at an A+ level. I will definitely be going back to Jeff at Premier Remodeling for future work!

Our old fencing was wrecked by late summer Hurricane of 2022. Jeff removed all the old fencing. Dug new post holes and put up new fences for both my neighbor and me. He and His brother completed the entire project in under two weeks including dumpster removal for old hurricane damaged fencing. Also Jeff will follow up on any minor tweaking that might be needed when it comes to gates and hardware. Job well done!

Jeff did a fantastic job on our pergola and new back porch. My wife and I talked through our vision with Jeff and I gave a picture of a porch I liked and he built and installed the pergola and porch timely and exceeded our expectations. The pergola looks like it was on the house since the house was built. We love the results and Jeff made sure there was no mess left behind. We will be hiring Jeff again as we prepare our house for sale.
