We try to send the same cleaner every time, so you are comfortable and things are done just the way you like them. We do regular inspections to maintain that the quality is always high. -Bathrooms – complete scouring and sensitization of sinks, bowls, showers, tubs, tiles, and mirrors. -Furniture – thorough dusting of tops, sides, and legs. -Kitchen – counter tops scrubbed down, sinks scoured, general cleaning of exterior of appliances and exterior of cabinets. -Hard Surface Floors – vacuumed then hand washed for best results. (bathrooms, kitchens and foyers) -Carpets – utilizing two different types of vacuums for the deepest clean available

Hired cottage care and was very pleased with the work they have done. The cleaner that was sent did a fabulous move out clean for my grandmothers unit when she passed. I continued to use them because they do such a professional job. They go above and beyond for their clients.

Very disappointed with this company and how they do not follow through in our opinion. I will give them a chance to make it right before posting any more embarrassing and negative details. I will also contract the CC HQ in Colorado this week if we do not get a proper resolution. I always give a company the chance to correct things.

They came to do a deep cleaning over two weeks ago but said they wouldn't move furniture or clean windows. Charged an initial higher price. They were scheduled to clean every other week after that. I arranged my schedule to suit THEM. I called to confirm and reached the owner the day prior. He said he would get back to me. Called several times again that day to find out approximate time. No answer. Called the morning of the cleaning. They were a no show. I expect more professionalism.

Hello [Member Name Removed], I am sorry you were dissatisfied clean. Before we initially came to clean you had informed me that you had been getting your house cleaned every other week prior to us coming. That was clearly not the case! We were there for 6 hours trying to get things in order. That was twice as long as the clean should have taken. I called you the day after the first time clean to see how everything went and left a message telling you that this was a special situation and we would need to raise the price since it was much more work then we had quoted. I then never heard back from you. That is why you were not in the schedule we never put customers in the schedule for regular service till after the first time clean and communication afterward.

It was a bigger project that we thought. the you woman who came did an outstanding job.. working very hard to help me get cobwebs out of the house, and to get it ready for the summer. I was more than pleased. when the day got away from us, her boss came and pitched in. it was really great service.

The employee that cleaned for you starting in 2007 is probably one of the most loyal and trustworthy employees I have ever known. There has never ever been any aquations of theft in her career or anyone else for that matter in the 20 plus years that I have been doing this. She is actually still working for us and has been for close to 18 years. Her customers have nothing but great reviews. If you would like to discuss further please just reach out.
