"We were trying to get our house ready to sell when we we discovered our hot tub had developed a leak during a few seasons of dormancy. Doing an internet search revealed our options and the roundabout costs... GASP! We feel very lucky to have found Mark and Lakestone Field Services. Not only did Mark make us feel at ease, he also cut our costs almost in half! Within 24 hours our hot tub was off our deck and in the back of his truck... and he took our broken-down washer too! Thank you Mark and Thank you Lakestone Field Services!"

Small jobs welcome

I have spent the last few years working for a couple of the larger garbage collection companies in the Madison area. I enjoy the work, and decided to go out on my own and bet on myself rather than depending on someone else. Evansville Junk Removal is a true family run business; my wife assists me with the business side, and my son assists me on site when he is not in school.

Hauling questions, answered by experts

If you have a construction company on-site carrying out demolition or construction, the company will often include language in your contract about who is responsible for post-construction cleanup and brick disposal. If you’re responsible, you’ll have to hire a junk removal company or haul the material to a local recycling facility yourself. Double-check your contract before signing to see which party is responsible.

When scrap tires are properly recycled, they are often shredded into small pieces. This way, the materials within can be separated and used to manufacture various new products. This includes fuel, playground surfaces, sports fields, rubberized asphalt, mats, flooring, and filler for new tires. Some tires still end up in landfills, but this practice is becoming less common.

Depending on the specific model, there are multiple ways to charge the battery of a dump trailer. Some require an extension cord or wire to be plugged into a 110V AC outlet or directly into the towing vehicle. Other charging options include using solar panels or a proprietary charging system.

They utilize proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent property damage and injury.

The only packing material that isn’t often recyclable is rubber, but rubber bands aren’t common for packing and moving. Some materials used for moving, like cardboard, paper, and hard plastic, are easy to recycle and can often just go out for regular pickup with your other recyclables, like cans and bottles. Plastic films and packing peanuts can be a bit more difficult to recycle and usually need to go to a dedicated recycling facility that can handle those specific materials.
