Customers say: Quality work

"Kenny was very busy and hard to schedule an install, but well worth the wait. Once the job was scheduled, he showed up exactly the time he said, did a quality job and charged the price he quoted. We are very pleased with the job. It was fantastic. I only went by reviews I saw on this site. I did not have prior knowledge. so happy I went with him."

"Timber Creek did a fantastic job pouring my 60x40 shop pad and came in at a much more reasonable price than some of the bigger companies in the area. The quality was top notch and the team was great with communication and professionalism. I will have them back in the future for a pond project."

"This company is wonderful! They return calls promptly and very knowledgeable and informative on snow removal. They did a wonderful job for the blizzard in 2015 and the snow storm in early 2016. Never have I had to worry about guests, the mailman, or any delivery people falling on my property, since they do such a good job! They come early in the morning so that I make it to work on time and the end of my driveway, which is usually the worst part, is always wonderful! I even saw them pull some weeds at the end of the driveway once they were done shoveling - that's how awesome this place is! They don't put regular salt down, it's a different kind of product and it works so well, any remaining snow is quickly melted and I never have to worry about ice. I will continue to use this company every year for my snow removal needs and won't even think about trying someone else!"

Asphalt Driveways questions, answered by experts

While paving a driveway is possible to do as a DIY project, we don’t recommend it. Hiring a driveway professional to pave it will ensure that your driveway looks neat and clean and lasts for years to come, and it will also prevent a weak driveway and, potentially, damage to your foundation. Paving a driveway requires heavy machinery, and while you can rent the equipment needed, operating it close to your garage slab or around your home’s foundation can crack it and lead to structural issues.

In the United States, roads are usually categorized as one of three types: public roads, other drivable roads, and non-drivable roads. These categories dictate how a road can be used; a non-drivable road might be classified that way because it is heavily damaged and unsafe for cars.

Your city or county will have guidelines about the minimum and maximum width and length of private roads. The average private road is 12 feet wide, and length, of course, depends on your property. Requirements also depend on the amount of traffic and types of vehicles your road experiences. Check with local ordinances before planning a road on your property.

Asphalt is made of aggregate materials (sand, rocks, and gravel) and bitumen, a viscous, petroleum-based, waterproof substance. These materials are mixed together at extremely high temperatures to form asphalt.

Whether you should resurface or replace your asphalt driveway heavily depends on its condition. If the foundation is solid and the damage is minor, resurfacing is your best bet because it’s more affordable and faster than replacing the driveway. But if your driveway has foundational problems and/or severe damage, like large, deep cracks and potholes, then it makes more sense to replace it.
