"I received 5 estimates on this job. I usually choose one of the middle estimates. BUT, because I just wanted the roof to outlast me, I chose Elite who happened to have the lowest estimate. I worked with Karl on this job and he is VERY professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Karl answered PROMPTLY every call, text and email. I can sometimes be very annoying when I am spending thousands of dollars. Karl called me a few days ahead with a heads up on the dumpster and the job. At that time we were out of town and I gave Karl the go ahead. two days later we were back home and the crew were just finishing up the roof. Great we missed the noise of the removal and installation and it saved our pets the trauma of that noise. My old roof was 21+ old and after all was said and done, wood rot and replacement cost me an extra $550. Best contractor home repair experience I have ever had."

They set me up with financing through a third party, 12 months same as cash (which I was able to pay off already, so that was very helpful.) The new windows are very attractive, are well insulated, and have dramatically cut down the traffic noise from the street. The installation was remarkably quick and efficient. The installers cleaned everything up and I am pleased with the process. They were very responsive to my emails. The only complaint I have is that some of the communication with them was not as clear and timely as I would have liked. I felt as though some things were left for me to ask about rather than anticipating my questions and concerns and addressing them before I became anxious. All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend HomeSealed to my friends and family."

"Not well and I would not recommend them or hire them again. I decided to go with Midwest Exteriors out of Brookfield, WI. In addition to providing a roof, I also ordered windows to replace the original 1928 windows in the home. They did state up front that it might take a while for the windows as custom windows are having supply issues. Fine. In October, I came home to roofing supplies in my front yard. A quick called confirmed they would be here the next day to install the roof. Prior to agreeing to this, I had expressed concern that I need ALL of the waste materials, especially the nails, be completely cleaned up as I have multiple dogs. I was assured they are known for their thorough clean up after a project. The project ended up taking two days, which would have been fine but no one on the team said anything to me; a call to the owner of the company promised follow-up. Indeed, they were coming back the next day. They did a very poor clean-up as I found pieces of shingles and many nails in the backyard, driveway, and in my front bushes. Again, I called the owner, James, who said he would talk to the team and it would be remedied as they are known for their thorough clean up. Even after the second day, the clean up was mediocre at best. Again, I complained. In January, I was snow blowing my driveway and discovered a HUGE icicle hanging from my downspout- the roofers had knocked it loose and not replaced it. Also in January, I got a call that my windows were in and we set an install of February 1st and 2nd. When they set up the first window, it was missing woodwork that I had requested being included as it was on the original windows. The installers assured me it was an easy fix so the project continued; had I known they COULDN'T fix the windows, I would have stopped the install and had them replace the original windows. They also stated they would come back and fix the downspout. Now it's May, they can't/won't fix the windows as I requested and they haven't fixed the downspout. As such, I am holding the final $10,000 payment until they at least fix the downspout (which they promised to do nearly 6 months ago)."

"From quote to job completion, nothing but integrity and professionalism was shown by the owner and crew of Superior Siding and Windows. We needed new siding on our 29 year old cedar sided home, with a possible chimney rebuild and had a couple of suspect windows. Randy (the owner) could have quoted to replace those windows, but as an honest businessperson, he said that the glass and seals just need to be replaced, someone like Les' Glass could do that for you - very reasonably. Les' Glass did - for under $1,000. Our crew was led by Scott, again nothing but professionalism and courtesy from Scott and his crew throughout the entire process. The jobsite was cleaned up every evening and at the end of the project our driveway, deck, lawn and plantings looked like they had before the project began. Our pest control company rep (we are adjacent to a farm field), went out of his way to commend the outstanding caulking work done on the siding. That's an unsolicited third party shout out for Scott and his crew. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Superior Siding and Windows."
