"I have a side-by-side duplex with a total roofing area of 6000sqft that needed replacement. After reviewing quotes from four roofing company’s, I went with Immortal Exteriors LLC. Mark the owner was my direct contact through the installation process. Its nice dealing with the owner of the company and Mark explained in detail our options and how the roof replacement would proceed and what a good crew he had. With Mark I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman more like a friend that had my best interests in mind. Out of the four quotes Immortal Exteriors was the most competitive. Mark told me his crew would complete the tear off and new roof installation in two days. I had my doubts considering 6000sqft of roofing area, but the replacement was completed in two days. The roofers were amazing, very hard working and dedicated. They took great care of our property and our neighbors. I was very impressed with their work ethic. They set me up with financing through a third party, 12 months same as cash (which I was able to pay off already, so that was very helpful.) The new windows are very attractive, are well insulated, and have dramatically cut down the traffic noise from the street. The installation was remarkably quick and efficient. The installers cleaned everything up and I am pleased with the process. They were very responsive to my emails. The only complaint I have is that some of the communication with them was not as clear and timely as I would have liked. I felt as though some things were left for me to ask about rather than anticipating my questions and concerns and addressing them before I became anxious. All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend HomeSealed to my friends and family."
