A nightmare, inconvenient, didn't start when they were supposed to, somehow turned a 1 day job into a 3 day job, left a mess when they were done, had to constantly call about the work being done, very unorganized and unprofessional company until they wanted there money then they could send multiple emails and phone calls over the course of a week including weekends

Great was on time and cleaned up before they left. ordered dumpster and all was taken away when job was completed.

They do quality work.  They are excellent.  I have never found a roofing nail.  They clean up very good and well. They do what they are supposed to do.  I've used them for years for my rentals.  They did the work all in one day.

Done very efficiently and neatly.  Came when expected and got the job done quickly.  Flower beds were not  trampled.  Yard was immaculate at the end of each day.  Plywood was put down on the lawn when the truck had to be moved closer to the house so no gouges were left.  Roof was very neatly done.  Several rains since installation and no leaks.Waiver of lien was done efficiently.

Smooth.

I would recommend them in the future.

Out of all the other roof contractors that I looked at, they really understood my problem and knew how to solve it. It was more than a cheap solution and I do not have any more leaks. The part of the roof that needed to be redone did not match the other portion of the roof, so I had them re shingle the entire roof to make it all match. This added to the cost of the job. I will use them in the future if necessary. Their clean-up was also outstanding!

Standard Roofing is excellent! They came out the same day as our call, and our roof no longer leaks. We are very pleased with Standard Roofing and would highly recommend them.

They sent someone out within two days of my calling. The guy initially said he thought the leak was from hairline cracks in the skylight itself. That didn't jive with the amount of water coming down into the ceiling and I convinced him to come inside and look, and he agreed there was too much water for the crack to produce. He proceeded to caulk the skylight and roof joints. A couple of days later it rained and the leak, though lessened, remained. I went to the hardware store bought some roof caulk for $10, went up and re-caulked anywhere it looked bad near the leak site. In my own opinion I did a far superior job caulking; smoothed the caulk to create an even smooth joint line unlike the repair man. It has rained since and so far I am dry. Overall I felt that if you pay a pro you expect him to examine the problem, decide on the best solution and perform the fix better than you could. I suppose I just care more than him that water is coming into my house.

GARY WAS PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO OUR REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE, MET WITH US SOON AFTER, DISCUSSED OUR LIST OF EXPECTED WORK TO BE PERFORMED, OFFERED SUGGESTIONS, AND PROMPTLY SENT A DETAILED ESTIMATE OF THE JOB. IN THIS, ALL OUR REQUESTS WERE MET RE; KIND, QUALITY, WARRANTY, JOB SPECIFICS. HE CALLED TO ALERT US TO THE CREWS SCHEDULE, DELIVERED LUMBER EARLY SO THAT WE COULD PRIME THE BOARDS IN TIME FOR USE. THE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR LANDSCAPING. THEY KEPT US INFORMED OF PROGRESS AND PROBLEMS, AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY NEAT! THEIR CLEAN-UP AFTER EACH DAY'S WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
