great, been using them for over 7 years now. before using them my dad would tell me never kill the weeds on my lawn or I would have a dirt lot.. since having them do there treatment plan I have a beautiful green lawn. and if I see a weed they come back out the next day to retreat lawn. fantastic service

I prepaid for my lawn to fertilize. I just started with the mosquito spraying and I am happy with that. I am not happy with the treatment of the lawn, and I'm not happy with that. I don't plan on continuing with that part. They show up on time. So far, everything is going well with the mosquito spraying but I am not happy at all with the treatment of the lawn. I think this will be it. I wasn't saving any money by bundling everything together.

We used them many years ago from a different office but this guy has been very reliable. I think they have gotten their act together. This was many years ago that we had them and it just did not work. They are far more professional than they were years ago. They put stuff on the lawn for weeds and fertilizer. They call you before hand and let you know when they are coming. We do not have to be home. They are just alerting you for people who have a pet to keep the animal off the lawn or something. The guy comes and leave a note or packet telling you what they did. We have a bunch of weeds but he keeps thinking it is grass. He said he should water more. I paid everything on the front end. They reseed at the end of the fall. They have kept the dandelions away. They guy has been very good. I have not compared. The people across the street uses them. We were not happy with the outfit that we last used. We had the finest cop of dandelions. So far my experience has been positive.

It's a standard monthly, service by application fee. It's like 7 applications in a year. It's just a scheduled application service.

consumer beware ! Especilly if you end up with a company you didn't hire!!!!

There have been multiple instances where the treatments left burned out brown patches in my lawn. You could tell because the damage was done in straight lines... The last straw was in September 2016 when the technician came, got out of the truck, placed signs in my yard about treatment, hung the bill on my door and then left without performing the services. I have canceled my account.

I used them but, I'm thinking of dropping them because they charged me for 4500 square feet of lawn for two years and I only have 2100 square feet. They have only given me a $3 credit for everything every month. I haven't paid them yet because, I'm waiting to see what to do. They were charging me for double the yard for two years. They did come out and measure it and said that they would give me a credit and I received $3 a month. I am probably going to be dumping them and doing it myself. They did improve the lawn, but I think that they are over priced for what they do. They are not available. The workers were fine.

It went well, however it would be nice to have some advance notice as to when each treatment is going to happen. The tech just shows up performs the service and leaves the bill with some minimal instructions. He also leaves a little warning sign that chemicals have been applied to the lawn. This alerts people to keep children and pets off the lawn for a certain period of time.

I purchased a mid-season "Love your lawn" maintenance package from Scotts on their website (which included only 3 of the 6 remaining applications for the season).  They just came for the final time this season and I've been happy with their service.  After every visit, they provide a lengthy analysis on what you're doing right (e.g., mower height) and what needs more work (e.g., the lawn isn't getting enough water).  Also, they provide other service recommendations based on problems found on your lawn (e.g., excessive thatch build-up can be addressed with a lawn aeration).  I haven't tried any of their other services yet, but I expect that I will next year.
