Left a long message stating I did not want to cancel the order but was concerned because no one returned my calls. Finally, received a call from a regional manager. He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros."
