M-M Roofing & Siding

Allen and his team did a fabulous job on our house, garage, and shed. We had 1970s aluminum siding that needed replacing. Allen's quote was actually affordable - about $21K - (other contractors wanted much more for the same job and most tried to sell us Hardie Board, which we didn't want). He was patient as we worked through several estimates to get exactly what we wanted. He worked with us to get the combination of vinyl siding (different manufacturers for shake and clapboard) we wanted to get the look we wanted. His team was quick, neat, and precise, and Allen was there working with them. He even took out a disused metal vent stack that went through the roof and sat close to the house, sealed off the vent in the ground, and repaired the hole in the roof with our extra roofing shingles. When they were finished, the house looked beautiful. We are so pleased. I was always able to get a hold of him and he was willing to make adjustments if we wanted something changed. I can't recommend him enough. Kind, honest, courteous, good-natured - he really is the best contractor I have ever had. I highly recommend him would not hesitate to use him again.

Allen was extremely flexible while we worked through a very long, drawn out process with our insurance company. When the time did come to finally do the job, the city threw up some road blocks that Allen handled like an absolute professional. Allen & his team were complete professionals during the whole installation process. They were on-time, answered all of our silly questions, and cleaned up every day. They even offered to come back after the snow melted with a garbage bag and clean up any leftovers! (+1 for going the extra mile) We said we could handle anything after the snow melted. We would definitely use them again and if you are considering M-M Roofing as a contractor, we highly recommend them.

The company that was initially supposed to do our job fell through (he didn't fall through the roof, he just couldn't do our job), and we called several roofers.  Allen was responsive, courteous, knowledgeable; and did his best to help us out in a hurry since we were in dire straits.   He gave us a very fair quote and the job was done quickly, neatly, and very well.  I couldn't be happier and I would recommend M-M Roofing to anyone!  Thank you, Allen and crew!

Everything started and completed as scheduled. We were very happy with the work done. Both neighbors commented on how nice the guys working were. They did a great clean up job after all their work. Very pleased.

Always on time, good quality work, and a respectable crew. There was one or two followup items after the job was completed and Allen was back on the site immediately to take care of. I will be calling him back for some work in the spring too! Great job!

It went really well and they had great cleanup. Usually you find roofing nails all over the place but these guys were really good.

Excellent. Allen and his crew are very professional and thorough. He had to wait to begin work for months after giving me the estimate, because my basement work wasn't finiished as planned. He kept in touch the entire time letting me know he would schedule me when the basement was ready. The guys were there before 8 every morning, and explained everything at the end of the day. Alen also let me know what would be done the next day. Allen and his crew were very friendly (even with my 2 dogs too) and neat. The yard and tools were cleaned and put away nightly.
