When I took my car to Faith Automotive, they helped me out a LOT. They checked my car for me and gave me a list of the things that were okay, the things that were worn out but could still wait, and the things that needed to be done right away. They gave me estimates for what needed to be done and when I told them to go ahead, I was very surprised that the actual bill was LESS than the estimate. They explained that their policy is to bill out actual labor so I'm only paying for time they actually invested into my car and if they finish the job faster than quoted, then they bill it out accordingly so I'm not paying for time they didn't have invested.
I completely trust Faith Automotive and their employees with all of my vehicles and I refer everyone to them. They take care of their customers which is a rare thing these days. They perform honest, quality work which is so refreshing to find in a mechanic nowadays.

Complete flakes or criminals or both, took it in for exhaust and the brake booster, and power steering pump, I had 4 days till I was leaving town and wanted to get it done and didn’t have time to do the work myself because my real job took precedence, so I called around and they were the only ones who could get it in, in 4 days they only got the master cylinder done and the power steering lines laid and changed a perfectly good working starter out, they called and asked to changed out the brake lines, I really didn’t want them too but I thought they needed to for liability issues considering I had some couplers in the lines so I said what ever, when I get the car that they had for 3days it had no exhaust on it and was barley running, the put some junky toggle switch on my fuel pump that was already wired into the fuse block, they bill me for 10 hours labor at 75 dollars an hour for this crap, when the put the booster on they didn’t use the right firewall hole for petes sake my sister could a did a better job at that, then they didn’t bench bleed the master cylinder messing up the seal in that and ruining the 50 dollar part causing a leak, then the idiots timed it at 0 degrees top dead center cause they were too dumb to time it by ear or with a time gun for that matter, then they hide the wire for the msd booster box behind the engine and ignition cause these fooling doffs have no idea what its for or even how too look on the internet and download the instructions also they say the hooked up the steering stuff but not the pump, when I get it home the pitman arm was hanging by a thread these fooling morons could a killed me with there idiocy, then so when I pick up the car and they bust out the 1000 dollar balance I think "well they had to put new lines on cause the coupler liability thing so that explains the high price” boy was I wrong, they put 1 foot on line in that didn’t need to be there, not to mention the junky twisted job they did with that extra foot, bottom line is these people are idiots and DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! and I learned a lesson, I plan on opening a court case and trying to sue for some cash back or at least be a thorn in their side for a while they charged me a grand for a starter and master cylinder job pretty much, complete fraud criminals

They do an excellent job in servicing my auto whether it is oil change or a major repair. They are very honest and have a fair price in what they do for me.
