We use daily clean up. Most of our contracts do not require a deposit though partial completion draws and payment in full upon completion are standard. Occasionally we will carry a job for 60 or 90 days without interest. We offer winter discounts and reserve the right to offer discounts in any amount to certain customers Our standard warranty is 2 years.
