They did an amazing job and I love my new waterproof plank floors. The extra planks were left with me and I appreciate that!!! Was a little miffed that one of the installers was a smoker and took at least 4 smoke breaks (outside) during the installation ."

Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
