Connie did an excellent job identifying my problem. Salvatore came the same day and was done in under a half hour. I was very pleased with their courtesy, responsiveness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. Would definitely hire again.

They came and did the work quickly and easily. Very nice guys. It's a family-owned business and we would hire them again without hesitation.

When I first called, they tried to talked me through what might be the issue so that I could avoid a service charge. We tried their suggestions and could not get the door to work, so we still needed a service call. When he came out the next day, he was courteous, efficient in solving the problem, and answered all of my questions in under 15 minutes; and did so without charging me a service charge. I highly recommend this family-owned company for all your garage door needs!!

They were awesome. They had installed this door 6 years ago. It needed some adjustments plus it was frozen to the pavement. They got it opened, made the adjustments and it's been working like new. The two men that came out were friendly and super efficient. Because they had originally installed the door they didn't even charge me anything, not even a service charge for coming out.

Blando saves the day! Since the cold weather started, my garage door would close almost all the way, and then go back up again. Sometimes I could coax it, but not on Jan 10. I called Blando, and even though they were pretty booked, they managed to squeeze me in. The Tech arrived, and determined that one edge of the door was scraping on the wood. He tried planing some wood off, but in the end, had to move the whole wooden strip. He oiled up the moving parts, and now it works like a charm. Over the last decade, I have used them 3 times, and they always do a great job, even on Sunday. This is how it should be when you call a vendor!

They installed the opener in less time than quoted. The owner is very responsive on the phone.

Excellent! Called around 9 a.m. Connie returned phone call within less than 10 minutes. Said they were booked for the day but if we could be flexible someone could come today. Within an hour Connie called and said service tech was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter and replaced both springs in less than half an hour. Excellent response time! Thank you!

Fantastic on every level. There was a mix up on the window inserts, so they have agreed to replace those. Everything else went extremely well. They are punctual, do great work, are very responsive, honest and professional. I already recommended them to my neighbor and would not hesitate to hire them again.

We were going to have a different company come on a Saturday and we were willing to pay more for Saturday work. The other company called us Saturday and said because it was so cold they wanted to charge even more. We called Blando that Saturday and they came Monday, which was New Years Day. Still very cold. No extra charge for cold or holiday. We’d hire again

The price, I felt, was reasonable. I was very happy with the job. It was the next day. He was right on time. Very courteous, very professional. I found good ratings on Angie's List and decided to use them. I was very happy that I chose them. They are honest, professional and do quality work.

Called early morning (~7am) and able to schedule same-morning appointment (twice). Arrived on schedule. Experienced technicians. Had parts that were needed. Unfortunately, 3 weeks after initial visit the door jammed because it appears the limits were not set properly and door caught on screw - hopefully no damage to my drive mechanism. They charged an additional $70 for a "tune up".

Very glad I went with Blando. They gave me good advice about belt drive vs sidemount openers and were confident the belt drive would work in my situation. Another company said I would need sidemount. I didn't want the extra cost and possible cable issues with sidemount. The belt drive ended up fitting perfectly. Blando's cost and lead time were very good as well.

Jeff came within 30 minutes of calling which is great because we couldn't get our cars out. Jeff was highly skilled. I was so impressed that they could come out on a Saturday so quickly. Jeff replaced the spring and a hinge. He also reinforced a brace that was holding up the track. Jeff was extremely professional.

I called first thing in a Sunday, and Connie is very friendly. She checked their schedule and called me back within 20 minutes and was able to fit me in. She gave me a two-hour window, and Dave arrived near the start of the time. He knew what to do, and had it fixed in about half an hour. He told me what he was doing and how things work and reasons why they can go bad.

I've used Blando in the past, and am very pleased with their service. Super company!

I called them on Saturday morning NOT thinking they would come out then but they did. Came out got me somewhat working until they could come back on Monday.
Monday morning they came out installed the garage door opener in a timely fashion.  I was impressed with their HONESTY. They didn't try to take advantage of me by trying to sell me MORE than what I needed. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I'm talking to about a garage. Their speed of service just blows you away. The price I found to be within reason. I don't have ONE complaint about BLANCO DOORS. I was able to put my car in the garage tonight which I REALLY needed to  with the bad winter storm we're having. I'm VERY happy with the job they did for me.

Called this morning because one of the cables had broken, and we were trapped with both vehicles in the garage.  The dispatcher indicated that their schedule was very full for the day but asked if an appointment between 1:00pm and 3:00pm would be OK, which of course it was.  Around 11:00am received a call from the technicians asking if they could come earlier (of course yes, we were trapped).  They were there in about 30 minutes, fixed the broken cable recommending that the other one was like new and didn't require replacement.  They also did a maintenance on the door and associated mechanisms.  Took them about 30 minutes from time of arrival until I paid the bill.  Total cost $95.  Professional, friendly, expedient.
