These guys are terrific!!! I found out that I had water in my basement on Sunday. I called Magic Touch on Monday about 11 am. The receptionist was very nice and said she would find out who was available and call me back. I got the call back in 10 minutes and was told Mike would be out between 1 and 1:30. At 1:15 I got a call letting me know that Mike was running late but that a different tech would be right out. Mike and the other gentleman arrived within 15 minutes of each other (Mike was first). Mike looked over everything in my basement and explained all of the findings to me clearly. He explained what was needed and broke down the cost per item. I decided to go with them and they had all of the damaged carpet, wallboard and molding out, and dehumidifier a and air movers set up and running by 4:45 pm. They were extremely professional and courteous. There was no up-selling or pressure at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone with water damage.

Provider missed initial appointment. Called provider and rescheduled for later same day. Provider rep Michael offered to estimate project with different options but no estimate received.

So far very good.

Made our carpets look new! I added on another room while they were here, and they were happy to do it in the same trip. Professional and courteous.

Went very well.
I came home early. They called to say they were on their way and would be at the house such and such time. I gave the tech directions because my house is a little hard to find.
Tech showed up and we went through the job, settled on price and he did the work.
Very nice young fellow... I payed for some additional work that was recommended.

I spilled a blueberry smoothie on my beige carpet. I used Oxyclean to try to remove the stain, which it did but it also removed the color from the carpet. Magic Touch came out and went over the whole area and now even though it was beyond what they could fix at least it blends in better. They called a week or so later to see how things went and then offered to come out again, which they did to see if they could improve the result. The damage I caused could not be fixed but they sure tried!

I was very impressed on how well everything turned out. My carpets look brand new again. I did have a few red spots from my child spilling and I am now glad that I paid the extra money for them to take out the spots. I can't even tell where the red spots were. I was also impressed with the customer service on the phone and from the guys who cleaned.
