If any adjustments needed to be made, they could have been made on the spot at that time. However, we did not need any alterations, it looked great. "My lights started flickering throughout my house and my refrigerator wasn't keeping as cool as it should.  I could hear "crunchy" sounds coming from my electrical panel so something was definitely wrong.  I called "Sparky" and he was over in 2 hours on a Monday.  He diagnosed a loose terminal screw (because there were sparks coming from it) and had everything fixed in less then 5 minutes.  He only charged $29 for the service call and was very friendly."

"They had put in a drainage system. Then we had significant amounts of rain that caused flooding and the system failed. Roger and I mis-communicated and he realized that what was done was not adequate for our needs. They came back out and he worked diligently to correct the problem. He was very reasonable and accountable regarding the issue. He took responsibility and kept at it until it was right."
