"We had great service from Seth and his crew. Our sump pumps were running almost 24/7. Seth came over right away when I first contacted him and gave us great cost effective suggestions. After they were done, the problems were all resolved. The work involved redirecting the drainage from all our downspouts, installing yards of drain pipes and some catch basins, regrading and re-seeding the yard all around the house, They also helped us with our many â While-youâ re-at-itsâ . To maintain their strength, asphalt driveways and parking lots need to be sealcoated once every two to five years. You may also need to reapply paint striping every few years as it fades to ensure drivers can safely navigate the parking lot.

Driveways should be sloped with a minimum 2% slope—anything lower will cause precipitation and runoff to collect. A 2% slope is the equivalent of a 2-foot rise over 100 feet. One quick way to check the integrity of your driveway’s slope: no more than four inches of water should collect on the surface longer than 15 minutes after rain.
