"Curt was fantastic. He was cheerful, energetic, proficient and finished the job in about 15 mins. He was able to do the job a day early and called about that in advance. Curt effortlessly popped the roller back into the track with a turn of the wrist and replaced cables on both sides. He also checked condition on other garage door in 2nd bay. He sprayed lubricant overall. I was delighted. This is my 2nd positive experience with this company and cost was reasonable at $130. I will continue to recommend them for their flawless service. Administrative Assistant was also courteous and knowledgeable when I scheduled appt."

"Remarkable company to work with! This was the first large scale project that my wife and I have completed so we were apprehensive about the entire process in the beginning. The second we met with Justin and Kessler, these feelings went away. From the very beginning, the professional demeanor of everyone in the organization was evident. All of their contractors were extremely polite (Family with 3 young kids) and made us feel comfortable with allowing them into our house. Everyone introduced themselves and were more than willing to address any questions or concerns we had. The design process was flawless with Chari and Amber; they came up with a wonderful design and some truly creative uses for our space. The quality of the work was spectacular and we feel as though the project was done efficiently and meticulously. The end result is nothing short of amazing. "After my review, the project director did contact me and indicate the windows would be ready the week of Thanksgiving. Much longer than the original 2-3 weeks but with covid, I understood things may be slower. We set up the installation for 12-9 and 12-10. On 12-9, by 9am, I hadn't heard anything and called to check. The project manager called back at 9:30 to say he had left me a message rescheduling due to problems on a job, so it was moved to 12-10 and 12-11. I had no message or call from him. The installers did arrive on 12-10 but again, no work was being done so I asked if the windows were too big. They said yes. So, waited for project manager to come again, he was indicating the windows would fit but it sounded like fitting a square peg into a round hole and covering the problems with trim. I asked a retired window installer next door to come listen to the explanation and he agreed, it would be better to have windows that fit. I was told new windows could be ordered and ready the first full week of January. Having already waited 6 weeks for these windows, I asked for the money back. I used 40 hours of vacation already with no windows. The project director did contact me later that day and make arrangements to come show me why the current windows would fit. He came out, took off some trim and explained that the new windows were not inserts, they were full frame and the old 3/4 inch frame on all sides would be removed. This was the plan with the original installer but he wasn't available that day. So, arrangements were made to get the original installer back on 12-14 and 12-15. I had to have another family member there for it since I couldn't take any more time off work. I will say the windows went in, they look nice and seem very weathertight. The installers did a great job putting them in and cleaning up. They did indicate there would be some reimbursement for the time off . I will say the project manager really seemed unable to manage even a small job."

Enter Mary - she was able to help us navigate all the choices and educated us on the features of each kind of fabric and shade. She provided us with options without being pushy and quoted each one so we would have an idea of the cost. We really appreciated that and never felt like she was just interested in the 'sale'. We found exactly what we wanted. Mary was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. She always got back to us the same day. We opted to do the install ourselves, but she made sure to let us know that she was available by phone to do any troubleshooting that might occur. "James and his partner were awesome. I talked with them about putting in aluminum attic steps in my garage to get access to the space above our cars. I talked with him early in the week and then he came over to do the job 5 days later. Also helped me look at the structure and decide which steps to get and which size. Clean work, very professional, timely, and very helpful throughout the process. Would recommend if you have projects around the house, cost was just right, and will hire again!"
