Work done promptly and at a reasonable price,

They were great. Whether that was a fair price, I don't know, and I don't care. I had to have an bathroom. I was very happy. They were here on the spot every day. They worked all day. They did an fantastic job. Its an beautiful job. I was so thrilled, so thrilled. I have no idea if its an fair price.

The job went real good. He put in a nice, new and better toilet. He is reasonable, dependable and he is helpful.

We have a condo in Orange Beach, but live in Wisconsin. The toilet was wobbly and need to be fixed. After multiple attempts with other plumbers in the area, we were put in touch with Bruce's. They were contacted in the afternoon and were there the next morning. They researched the problem and determined it was a broken closet flange. It was fixed and ready to go for our guests. - The price was reasonable and we will definitely use them again.

He got everything fixed just fine. He was scheduled to come the day before...and was running late due to a major water leak / emergency by another customer... since ours was not urgent, we rescheduled to the next day. he came on time the next day and got everything fixed. I have used him before and will continue.

Fabulous! That about sums it up. Bruce is efficient, professional, personable and down right nice. He and his crew did a great job quickly (in and out the same day) and left everything clean and neat. His prices was reasonable and competitive. We will use his services again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

The grinder pump at my house in Gulf Shores, Al. was backed up and smelling up the whole neighborhood. I called Bruce and he was there in minutes. He was doing another job near by, so everything worked out well. He saw what was to be done. Gave me a quote and was there the next day at 8:00am. He and his assistant worked through lunch the next day to get the job done. I would highly rate him to anyone. Thank you. Mary Gallahar

He is always quick to respond and gets the job done! He works on this condo for us...and it is great to have someone you can depend on when we live out of town. We can contact him and know he will go in the condo and get the job without any issues.

I called Bruce late Thursday night when I found out the water had been turned off in our condo due to high water pressure....seems like the pressure regulator went out. Even though Bruce was very busy Friday, he was able to fit us in and get the work completed. We have used him a number of times and will continue to do so...

I called Bruce on a Saturday and within 1 hour he was on the job site! He fixed the leak and looked into another small issue we had. He was professional, quick, and got the job done. Once the new guests checked in later that day, they reported back to me that the leak was fixed and that there was no mess left behind! We will keep his name for future plumbing needs.

They could not have done anything better. They were really good and very knowledgeable. Their prices were reasonable.

He put a grinder in for about 1/2 of the nearest competitor and then when my sink needed replacing he said, let me check, I think that has a lifetime guarantee. We've had it for about 13 years and sure enough it was so he just saved me another $300 for the sink.

I couldn't be more pleased that Bruce did the work. He was very prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He left the work area clean and, of course, reminded me that those kinds of cleaning solutions shouldn't be used at all. I'm forwarding that knowledge to everyone I know.

I feel that the price charged was fair for the work done and feel comfortable that the problem is solved.

I would't hesitate to call on Bruce again and will pass my experience on to the staff at the Condo complex.
